Would research show that the ‘Queen of Mean’, Leona Helmsley – who infamously stated “we don’t pay taxes, only the little people pay taxes” – originated from the Kildare Street area of Dublin? Given the number of Dáil freeloaders who claim tax-free allowances for the least thing it seems she would have felt at home there.
