‘Yes’ would show we’re still open for business

THE Lisbon Treaty introduces a number of innovative reforms that will strengthen the democratic nature of the EU.

This will give Irish citizens, TDs and MEPs a greater influence over EU affairs. The treaty will make the EU more streamlined, more efficient and more coherent.

It stands to reason that Ireland can only benefit from being part of better organised union.
