Wrong target
This is an infringement of rights and a lazy policing method that cuts corners.
Target instead traffickers or people proven to have abused or forced women into sex against their will. Would we outlaw all video games or credit cards in order to stop violence or fraud?
Rather than regulating the practice to create safe sex this backward step would drive it underground. Many people with a disability or shyness who have used an escort would have their characters needlessly blemished.
Why copy a law in Norway and Sweden, motivated by feminist theocracy, that amounts to a bedroom police?
Any understandable moral reservations should come from religious conviction and not a state theocracy.
It is a waste of police time at best. Concentrate on the Garry Glitters of this world rather than a man having consensual sex with a 30-year-old woman.
