Curtain call

RTÉ bosses looking for an increase in the license fee suggest they have no idea where we’re at – a bit like some of our university dons working four hours a week for 24 weeks a year at unbelieveable cost.

I suppose its only reasonable to expect such dithering from these cosseted sectors when our leaders still can’t see where the country is at right now.

I suggest drawing back the curtains.
