No horse sense

I NOTE that the Killarney jarveys are being targeted as part of a clean-up campaign and threatened with “horse nappies”.

While walking near where I work in Dublin, I noticed some horse manure on the Luas tracks.

While I know the gardaí on their horses are a wonderful sight, it seems to me there is a lack of consistency over any cleaning-up policy here.
