Shame on the powerful

THE Taoiseach’s recent statement following the recent damning Ryan report saying: “we should all be ashamed” is an outrageous generalisation.

It would be more accurate to state that those in power– and only those in power – such as the government of the day and the false clergy in the disgraced Catholic church is where the sum total of the shame lies.
