IN relation to the sectarian killing of Kevin McDaid in Coleraine last Sunday, Barney Fitzpatrick of the Alliance Party said “all sides... must condemn this murder”.

That is really not necessary. An economy of condemnation emanating only from unionist political leaders is quite sufficient.

The sectarian unionist killers do not care about nationalist condemnation – otherwise they would not kill Catholics.
