THE letter from Ted Neville (‘Hard on the ear’, May 11) prompts me to air my own grievance, which is the soft ‘T’.

AA Roadwatch runs into verbal gridlock

Certain members of staff at AA Roadwatch are particularly culpable, for example, “modorists” and “cummuders in Waderford cidy”.

The “g” at the end of words such as “morning” and “evening” is non-existent. I have pointed this out to AA Roadwatch but did not get a reply.
