Bring back rucking

HAVING watched rugby over the weekend I think it is time for the return of rucking to rugby.

The standard of rugby has declined since the demise of rucking. With rucking gone the present law allows players to flop over the ball.

At the breakdown throw, well-drilled forwards on either side are all it takes to seal of the ball the remaining five forwards on either side with nothing to do at the breakdown join the backs and block every possible way through.
