Bring back rucking
The standard of rugby has declined since the demise of rucking. With rucking gone the present law allows players to flop over the ball.
At the breakdown throw, well-drilled forwards on either side are all it takes to seal of the ball the remaining five forwards on either side with nothing to do at the breakdown join the backs and block every possible way through.
The result is the death of back play as we once knew it. Skills we used to admire are now replaced by bash and crash tactics. The result is a travesty of a once great game, which is now boring, repetitious and tedious.
