RTÉ will never replace Pat Kenny

HAVING watched many forgettable, Late Late shows hosted by Gay Byrne, I have to say that Pat's show was just as good if not better than Gaybo’s was.

Kenny has had a diverse range of guests on the show — artists, singers, Muslim extremists, a paedophile, families of murder victims, families of drunk drivers, authors, politicians and many more. He’s had artists like Robert Ballagh, Rasher, Guggi, Kevin Sharkey and many more. He’s had comedians galore. His “Toy Shows” have broken all records. His show has seldom been boring. All this in a time when we all have more than two channels and the internet as well (which can’t be said for Gaybo’s reign). RTÉ will never replace Pat Kenny in my opinion.
