Climate theory fit only for dustbin of history

WHEN we are being penalised for the expansion of our economy through crippling carbon taxes, it is vital everyone is aware of the true history of CO2 levels in the atmosphere.

After 35 years of atmospheric cooling from 1940 to 1975, when Newsweek magazine was warning of an impending ice age, the level of CO2 in the atmosphere was approx 0.033% (330ppmv — parts per million by volume).
