Out of the frame

I WAS horrified to read recently that the HSE is to spend €29,200 on artwork for a new healthcare facility at Tallaght in Dublin.

Despite being very much in favour of public art, I feel spending this amount from an already overstretched budget is simply wrong.

Has the HSE finally gone bonkers?
