Irish Coursing Club given conflicting advice

The facts are that the Irish Coursing Club (ICC) was also advised by another firm of lawyers it would win the court case.

Members of the ICC executive did not ignore legal advice and neither did Brian Divilly, club president, decide to gamble the welfare of the ICC.
