Absurd response

TWO comments on the Government’s latest fiasco. Firstly, there are dozens of products widely available that are known to cause illness and death, for instance alcohol and tobacco.

As we have now been frequently assured that this little bit of contamination could not possibly harm us, why this absurd reaction that has caused so much harm to an already devastated economy and so many people?

Secondly, why does the ban also apply to organic pork when those producers would never use such disgusting animal feed? I am beginning to understand why this Government has never taken action on anything at all before these two crises. They were nervous of exposing their utter hopelessness by doing everything wrongly.
