THE “unacceptable behaviour” of Czech President Vaclav Klaus here this week brings to mind an incident many years ago when two Czech diplomats were expelled from Sweden also for unacceptable behaviour, giving rise to the memorable headline, ‘Swedes bounce bad Czechs’.
