Destructive project

I WISH to express my horror and dismay at the recent decision of the UCC board of governors to pave the way for destructive embryo research at my alma mater.

For the infertile couple desperate to conceive a baby, no rhetoric or semantics are necessary when it comes to embryonic life.

May God be merciful to all who are complicit in this so-called research. It will certainly not bring any blessings to UCC.

I will be bringing this matter to the attention of our career guidance teacher and from now on I will recommend to my students to seek their third level education elsewhere than UCC.
