Banks must give back

THERE is no doubt that the banks will be at a loss for many hundreds of millions of unpaid debt and yet if they were to fulfil their commitment to their communities they could give back to the nation the chance to be educated in proper school buildings by lending at very cheap borrowing conditions to the various VECs around the country.

We would all be grateful for generations to come.
