Gas lines have led to disaster

It is commendable that Michael Job has the motivation to put pen to paper on the important issue of the Corrib gas pipeline (Letters, September 23).

It is baffling, however, that he has not been similarly motivated to seek out information of even the most superficial kind about the protest he is criticising or about the Corrib gas pipeline itself.

He wishes “someone would explain exactly what the Corrib gas pipeline protest is about”.
