Coming and going

WOULD all those who have shown such eagerness to attack Leo Varadkar’s proposals to offer incentives to migrant workers to return home, please note that FÁS is hosting a jobs fair at their offices in Cork this weekend to encourage construction workers in Ireland to seek employment opportunities across Europe.

FÁS has not been subjected to any attacks, from either politicians or representatives of migrant groups, which suggests the main motives behind the Varadkar attacks are simply opportunism and attention-seeking.
