Waste of resources in a changing climate

TAOISEACH Brian Cowen now says the hard-pressed Irish taxpayer will have to fork out to combat spurious climate change events, despite the fact that the Irish economy is in free-fall.

Mr Cowen says “the changes involved will be profound and will have significant impact on the economy”.

Quite rightly we should strive to protect our environment.
