Blind indifference

I am sick and tired of being blinded by those who drive with front or rear fog lights on in perfectly clear conditions.

Despite the Rules of the Road being issued to all drivers, nothing has changed. Page 52 tells us to “use fog lights only during dense fog and falling snow. You must turn them off at all other times”.

As the winter evenings and nights approach, perhaps you would be kind enough to help get the message across to the disorderly dazzlers.
