Rugby stands cut out light to nearby houses

THE huge stands at the revamped Thomond Park rugby ground in Limerick are cutting out light to nearby houses.

People in the area are growing increasingly concerned about the problems when matches are held in the stadium.

Already their light has been reduced by the sheer size of the stands as the structure dwarfs all the houses surrounding it.
