A neverendum?

I NEED help in understanding yes, no, maybe, etc.

Now that the Lisbon Treaty has received a no vote, even after being told there would only be a one-off choice to vote on it, I read where consideration is being given to a re-vote. If there is a yes majority next time, do the no proponents get to have a re-vote for a third time?

Or is it that once a yes vote has been achieved, it cannot be voted on again. This could go on forever — a neverendum.
