One issue avoided by our ‘trendy’ politicians
This means that Ireland cannot control its population, safeguard its ecology or protect its environment. Global warming would deem this essential, as a low population model could better adjust to this and the erratic or diminishing food and water supplies it may bring.
However, this was not debated. Our trendy politicians avoided the subject of immigration.
However, it should be remembered that immigration was the major reason the French and Dutch voted no. It is also why we should do likewise.
