Who can explain it all in simple language?

WE are indeed, as Napper Tandy said, “a most distressful country” for it seems we are expected to decide the future of the EU by voting on changes to a treaty that we don’t fully understand and, in the opinion of Charlie McCreevy, we are not expected to understand.

Who can explain it all in simple language?

Indeed he opines we would be misguided in the extreme were we to misuse our spare moments in trying to make sense of it.

It seems McCreevy is right in his advice judging by the literature put out by the Referendum Commission which would require the talents of a constitutional lawyer to understand, never mind the conflicting statements put forward by the yes and no camps.
