Who can explain it all in simple language?
Indeed he opines we would be misguided in the extreme were we to misuse our spare moments in trying to make sense of it.
It seems McCreevy is right in his advice judging by the literature put out by the Referendum Commission which would require the talents of a constitutional lawyer to understand, never mind the conflicting statements put forward by the yes and no camps.
It would require the wisdom of Solomon to come to a rational decision on the arguments put forward so far.
Is there no one who can explain this change and the reasons for and against in simple, everyday parlance without resorting to hyperbole and threats?
