Not so funny

HERB STARK (Letters, April 17) points out how all restaurants and fast-food outlets are featuring Eggs Benedict as their special of the week in honour of the Pope’s visit to New York.

If he thinks that’s funny, he might be amused to know that when the Pope was elected, Rangers Football Club took Eggs Benedict off the menu in their Ibrox restaurant. I’m not joking.
