Seeking film material

ATLANTIC Film Alliance is making a documentary about filmmaker George Morrison and is trying to track down the full print of an Irish-language cartoon called Tá na Báid (1958).

It was directed by Morrison, produced by Colm O’Laoghaire and featured drawings by Eamonn Costelloe. The film was sponsored by Bord Iascaigh Mhara and premiered in the Shelbourne Hotel.

We are also looking for any visual material that pertains to Morrison’s films Mise Éire and Saoirse.
