SF stance praised

MY heartfelt thanks for the public support of Sinn Féin president Gerry Adams for the Save Tara campaign at his party’s recent árd fheis.

The position of Sinn Féin in respect of Ireland’s sacred heritage at Tara has always been admirably clear, positive and consistent (unlike, sad to say, that of most other political parties in the South).

This is a most inspiring and democratic expression of nationalism, that is, a true love of one’s native land irrespective of financial vested interests.
