Token gesture

READING about the seventh Dáil na nÓg (February 15) brought me back.

I attended the second Dáil na nÓg and found it just an expensive and elaborate photo opportunity.

Very little has been achieved by this token gesture. I would like to see the Government pay more than lip service to the views of young people, but I won’t hold my breath.
