Burning issue

IN these days of uncertain oil prices — with an underlying upward trend — wouldn’t it be a good idea if oil companies were required to display the retail cost of their home heating oil on road tankers?

It would certainly facilitate price comparison by hard-pressed consumers and hopefully stimulate more competition.
