Hillary’s tears patriotic — Bertie’s just personal

HILLARY CLINTON’S choked words about how badly she wanted to make America great again may well have been hokum, but what fabulous hokum. And now it’s credited with swinging New Hampshire for her.

Now for the depressing part. Is there a single politician in the Dáil capable of doing anything even remotely similar? The last tearful display we remember is Bertie getting blubby on the Six-One news when the probing questions about his finances were getting to him.
