Cool response to global warming

I HAVE written before that the only people as irretrievably corrupt as politicians are scientists and have thus been most sceptical about the current global warming PR blitz.

My suspicion was reawakened by a recent message from my brother in Australia to say that he was cold — in mid-summer.

So I Googled ‘global cooling’ and, lo and behold, there it was. Firstly, a majority of scientists say our understanding of climate change is so inexact as to render making policy decisions based on it foolish in the extreme.
