Drug culture must be tackled on all fronts

TO destroy the drug culture, the entire community — or, rather, all local communities — must become involved on a long-term basis.

The drug agencies, government and non-government agencies, despite their best efforts, cannot cope with this national affliction.

I would suggest that next summer a National Drug Awareness Day (or week) be held with marches in every village, town and city.
