Charity challenge

ONCE again the postman has brought what I consider junk mail from a developing world charity.

Is there any possibility that information could be given to the public on how much each charity spends on PR and administration? Many like me would donate to the charity that gets most donations to deserving recipients.

Some governments take a sizeable proportion of monies on the way past and this issue should be addressed by our Government. We Irish have a reputation for donating generously. Let’s administer this money with integrity.
