Energy policy failure

ONCE again you have hit the energy nail firmly on the head (Editorial, October 17). As you point out, we are a small, peripheral country utterly dependent on imported oil and gas to meet our energy needs.

Energy policy failure

We have no policy dealing with an optimum energy mix, and we are wasting time not planning for our energy needs in coming years. If we don’t start soon, it’ll be too late. Will it take blackouts to make the politicians wake up?
