Speaking out of turn

JUSTICE FLOOD is retired from the planning tribunal and should not comment on matters currently before it (Irish Examiner, September 19).

He should not be discussing the tribunal and predicting its findings in any forum, and certainly not on the radio.

He is not doing the tribunal any favours by suggesting it may acquit the Taoiseach of any improper conduct.
