Late Late Show looks a bit like old times

THE nights are closing in and the Late Late Show is back in revitalised form.

I glanced at the vibrant new set for approximately 12 seconds last night week.

It reminded me of the early 1970s when the broadcasters were trying to convince us of the wonders of colour television.
