Bertie ducks to avoid all incoming ‘lu-lus’

SO our Bertie fears some lu-lu may emerge from the bushes to threaten his health and safety.

But what is a lu-lu?

Is it an economy spiralling out of control?

Is it some kind of stabiliser for the building industry?

Is it an digout for our absent politicians who like to holiday while Rome burns?

Is it a quality bus network planned for the Phoenix Park?

It is a cross between a dollar and a sterling note?

Is it a unique design of moneybox? No one knows how money gets in, gets out or where it goes.

Is it a gaggle of bankers who cannot figure out discrepancies in certain sterling/dollar/euro conversions? Funny money drives bankers lu-lu. Anyone remember Ansbacher?

I venture to say this mysterious assailant won’t harm our Bert because he is very adept at avoiding any known or unknown missiles thrown in his direction. A dab hand at bamboozling is our lu-lu.
