Ireland no longer safe for visitors or natives

I WAS horrified to read of the cowardly attack on the English couple in their camper van in Co Louth recently.

I cannot imagine the terror and suffering inflicted on these innocent visitors to our shores by the thugs who attacked them.

Ireland is no longer safe either for its citizens or visitors. In every city, town and even village we have to be aware constantly of our surroundings and what is going on.
