Bertie’s Late Late surge

MANY of the political pundits in the media put the sudden surge in Bertie Ahern’s poll down to his performance in last Thursday’s TV debate with Enda Kenny.

It is begrudging of them not to note another major factor in that poll. The poll was also taken last Saturday.

Like many of the 600,000 viewers of last Friday’s Late Late Show, I was deeply moved by Eoghan Harris’s powerful polemic on why Bertie Ahern deserves a third term.
