Surgical doctor has never seen morale so low

I HAVE been working as a surgical doctor solely in the public health service for the past 10 years.

I have worked in 15 hospitals up and down the country.

During that time I have seen improvements in the system. I have worked in hospitals where every patient gets a bed and in hospitals where patients lie on trolleys for their entire hospital stay.
