Lesson from Austria

I HOLIDAY in Austria every year.

Agriculture is a prominent activity there, and I walk the mountains in summer passing many farms with cattle grazing in the meadows. I swim in pristine lakes nearby — many of them stocked with trout.

The climate there is not unlike our own with frequent rainfall most of the summer. What does the Austrian government do right that the Irish Government is incapable of doing?
