Leading by example

AT Dublin airport very early one morning last week I heard a familiar voice calling passengers to the Ryanair London/ Stansted flight.

It turned out to be Micheal O’Leary who was checking boarding passes and helping to get the flight off on time.

Would the Government consider a similar management practice — Mary Harney changing bedpans in our hospitals, Brian Cowen helping with taxation enquiries or even, God forbid, Willie O’Dea riding shotgun on our precious cash in transit?
