Toll hike: is it time for motorists to call a halt?

HARD to believe, but the toll on the M50 in Dublin is to rise yet again (profits must be dipping below the zillion mark).

Maybe it’s time for hard-pressed motorists finally to call a halt. A suitable method would be for them to converge on the M50 in their thousands and block it for hours. But now I realise this already happens every day.

Any more bright ideas?
