Seeking cadet hat badge

I AM looking for a metal hat badge which used to be worn by the Cork Grammar School officer cadets.

The badge was used from 1908 to about 1930. I believe the school’s name changed to the Aston School some time after the war.

I would also welcome any information on this unit.
