FOR saying that black is white, this Government is marvellous.

The only people who ever bought packs of 10 cigarettes were those who could not afford packs 20 or those who were trying to cut back on their daily intake of nicotine.

Now our amazing Minister for Illness wishes to pretend that making life economically harder for people with less money and forcing light smokers to buy packets with more cigarettes in them is better for everybody.
