Feeding the habit

RECENTLY I read that most young people turn to crime to pay for their drugs and alcohol.

The Government’s answer has been greatly to increase the price of cigarettes.

So now more young people will turn to crime to fund that habit as well.

Brilliant.

That must have been their really high-powered committee.
