THERE has been extensive media debate recently about the rights and wrongs of the Ryanair takeover bid for Aer Lingus.

Who still remember when Ryanair took over Buzz Airlines not so long ago?

Staff were given new contracts on a take-it-or-buzz-off basis (pun intended). In short, the airline was wholly and completely integrated into Ryanair.
