United Nations losing credibility

THE continuing Israeli onslaught on Lebanon and Gaza is making the United Nations irrelevant in world affairs.

Unless the UN takes action now and is seen to be acting for peace, it will never recover credibility.

It is time to bypass the elitist Security Council and for all the members of the United Nations to make their voices heard.
