An Taisce aids death of rural communities

I WOULD like to compliment Michael Kingston on his letter (Irish Examiner, July 24) about An Taisce.

This secretive organisation has made life hard for our young generation and deprived them of building a home in keeping with a community spirit, as is our tradition.

The Government is standing idly by and letting rural communities die at the hands of these self-appointed people who pick and choose who they will inflict hardship upon, while hiding behind the organisation.
